Elizabeth Duncan is a member of our personal injury department. Her notable cases include recovering over £240,000 from the government’s Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) scheme for a woman who had suffered sexual abuse in childhood. In 2019 Elizabeth was recipient of the prestigious Legal Hero award from DASLS. She has close links with a number of UK charities. She provides legal training to various charitable bodies and is a trustee for a charity promoting the relief of the sick and poor.
