Heading up our specialist medical negligence team, Oliver is a highly experienced lawyer representing clients nationwide. He is known for spearheading the fight for justice of hundreds of British PIP breast implant victims in the French courts and campaigning for the rights of mothers and babies who have been let down by our health services. Oliver has been involved in a number of cases where compensation has exceeded £1m, including the multi-million pound settlement package he negotiated on behalf of an aspiring Olympic athlete who required a below knee amputation resulting from a failure to diagnose septic arthritis.
